Priscilla Rosales-Pina, AICP is the Planning Manager for the Regional Planning Division for the City of San Antonio, Planning Department. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing municipal boundary and extraterritorial jurisdiction (ET J) related issues and administering requests for special districts and development agreements in the ET J. Under the Planning and Community Development Department, she worked on comprehensive and transportation planning projects. She also has broad experience in municipal government by working in several city departments including Economic Development, Public Works, and Solid Waste Management.
