Notice of Amendments to
APA Texas Bylaws
The
Board of Directors of the Texas Chapter of the American
Planning Association is considering amending the
Chapter Bylaws. If you would like to submit comments,

Save the Date: 2010 APA Texas Conference
The 2010 APA Texas Chapter annual conference will be held in
San Antonio from October 7 - 9 at the El Tropicano Hotel.
Early registration begins July 1st at $395 for APA members
and $445 for Non-APA members. The discount for online
registration is not available for the conference.
Information about the conference will be available in the
near future.

2010 APA National
Conference in New Orleans
In 2009, planners began a journey in Minneapolis at the
headwaters of the Mississippi, where APA celebrated the
centennial of the planning movement at the National Planning
Conference. In 2010, APA travels downriver to New Orleans
where the conference will focus on the region's recovery
from the 2005 hurricanes and its continuing vulnerability.
