"Rick Leisner, AICP, PLA Rick is a community planner and urban designer with more than 25 years of national experience in project planning, design and management. A talented consensus builder with extensive experience in both community planning and landscape architecture, Rick leads a wide variety of public and private projects through visioning, alternative scenario development, public engagement and implementation. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive knowledge of city comprehensive planning, town design, transit oriented development (TOD), downtown planning/form–based code (FBC), streetscape master plans, urban revitalization studies, and park planning and design. Brian has over 25-years of extensive mixed-use, urban redevelopment and master planning experience. His professional experience having been centered on urban design and planning, led to a desire to create both livable communities and great urban spaces.
