He received his Bachelor of Arts from Lewis & Clark College and Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University. Megan Ingram is a Senior Regional Flood Planner at the Texas Water Development Board, where she is part of the team developing and implementing Texas’ first regional and state flood planning program. She has almost ten years of private and public sector experience in environmental and energy public policy, disaster recovery, and flood planning. Megan received her B.S. in Environmental Studies from Texas A&M University.
