Economic Development and Site Selection details, process and integration into an existing community.

Session Description
The session will walk participants through the various processes on how and why companies choose locations for mid-size to large economic development projects, what you can do to improve your chance of success, and the issues that get raised and solutions to those issues when you do triumph in landing a significant economic development project. 
The session will be led by planners with a long history of assisting communities land large economic development projects, and working through the issues that success raises within a community.  Participants will gain a greater understanding of the entire economic development process, from planning to better position your community to land a large project to fully integrating that project into your community and gaining the greatest benefit from that success.
