Charlie Sullivan, AICP, has 30 years of experience in city planning and travel demand modeling in the public sector and as a consultant. His body of planning work includes the development of numerous long-range Metropolitan Transportation Plans, Transit Asset Management Plans, Thoroughfare Plans, and Public Participation Plans for small and medium-sized MPOs. On the travel demand modeling side, he has been involved in model development and applications at scales ranging from the first-ever models for small communities in Arizona to the first-ever statewide model for Texas.
