Response packages will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. CST on June 15, 2018.
The City of Bryan uses the Brazos Bid to distribute and receive bids and proposals. Please visit our online bidding system at https://brazosbid.cstx.gov for complete proposal documents.
If you are not currently a registered vendor you will need to register first. Registration will allow for all notification of all addendums to the RFP. All addendums must be signed and returned with the response or they are disqualified.
Once you register, you will receive an email to confirm your registration. When you do that, go to the web site, click on vendor and log into the system. Then click on the bid, click on specifications, terms and conditions and the file will be down at the bottom left of the screen. If you see Addendum, click on that to see if any addendums have been issued.
Questions Concerning Proposal:
In order to ensure a fair and objective RFP process and evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Proposal shall be addressed in writing via the Brazos Valley Online Bidding System (http://brazosbid.cstx.gov/) to individual identified below.

The deadline for written questions and inquiries is June 1, 2018 @ 10:00 a.m. Contact with any City of Bryan employee or official is prohibited without prior written consent from the Purchasing Department or designee. Offerors contacting any other employee(s) or official(s) without prior written consent risk elimination of their proposal from further consideration.
