Partnerships - Building UTA's College Park District

Partnerships - Building UTA's College Park District
The APA Texas Chapter-Midwest Section invites to you to a professional development seminar and tour about the UT-Arlington/City of Arlington partnership that helped build the new College Park District.
Spanning more than 20 acres, the $160 million College Park District on UT-Arlington’s campus represents the shared vision of the University and the City of Arlington to breathe new life into the downtown area and create a true college town environment. Opened in 2012, the district includes a broad range of amenities including a new 7,000 seat special events facility which was awarded LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council. Come learn about the University/City partnership that made this district a success and enjoy a walking tour of the district!
Happy hour will take place immediately following the tour at Digg’s Taco Shop located in the College Park District.
