U. S. Department of Transportation, Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) invites you to a webinar which promotes recommended land use practices described in the Pipelines and Informed Planning Alliance (PIPA) Report: Partnering to Further Enhance Pipeline Safety in Communities Through Risk-Informed Land Use Planning: Final Report of Recommended Practices. This session focuses specifically on transmission pipelines in Texas.
