An Ethics Seminar presented by Carol D. Barrett, FAICP

The Code expects you to address protection of the environment, advance social justice, and provide meaningful opportunities for people to help determine the course of future development. What happens when those expectations collide? This session will also explore some of the tools for citizen engagement that can sometimes help to dial back the volume of some of the rhetoric.
