12:00-1:30pm | Thursday, March 27, 2014 H-GAC, room C 3555 Timmons Lane, Suite 120, Houston, Texas 77027

Transit Oriented Development brings together a mixture of retail, housing, office, and amenities to create a walkable neighborhood centered on transit. The concept continues to gain traction nationally, including in historically auto-centered markets, such as Los Angeles and Miami. What does TOD mean for Houston? Panelists will explore this question at the March 27th APA brownbag lunch.

Panel Speakers include: Christof Spieler (METRO), Carter Bechtol (Morgan Group), John McDonald (City of Bellaire) and John Nunez (Energy Corridor).
