Climate Resilience and Adaptation Symposium

Climate Resilience and Adaptation

The Institute of Urban Studies at the University of Texas at Arlington and American Planning Association – Midwest Texas Chapter will host the Climate Resilience and Adaptation Symposium, which will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015 in Arlington, Texas. This one-day symposium will bring North Texas stakeholders together to identify and assess the shared challenges we face given the specific impacts of climate change in our region. The symposium provides a forum for learning about climate vulnerability in the region and sharing best practices in the area of resilience planning here in Texas and throughout the U.S. Most importantly, it provides a space for identifying collaborative solutions for adaptation.

Attendees will have the opportunity to earn 7.0 AICP CM credits for this symposium; including 1.5 law credits
